Full Mouth Rehabilitation for Jorge at Clínica Bona

Jorge came to Clínica Bona on the recommendation of other patients, Félix and Encarni. He had recently retired and had been considering fixing his mouth for some time because he had difficulties eating.

Step by step treatment plan:

1. Diagnosis and planning: photographic study, CT scan and digital scan.
2. Fitting of removable dentures to regain functionality and bite.
3. Extraction of retained roots and placement of four implants with AI-guided surgery in the mandible.
4. Second surgery to access the implants and taking of measurements on the same day.
5. Passive fit check.
6. Validation of teeth and colour with the lower bar try-in.
7. Delivery of lower overdenture on bar and upper removable complete denture.
