Ernesto came to the clinic as he's related to one of the colleagues in our team. He wanted to improve the appearance of some old crowns on his upper jaw. Due to the wear he had on the two lateral incisors and the lack of enamel, it was suggested that he have treatment with high aesthetic zirconia crowns combined with porcelain veneers.

Step by Step Treatment Plan

1. Photographic Study, Intraoral Scan and 3D CT Scan.
2. Whitening, a combination of in-clinic and at-home treatment.
3. SMILE DESIGN TRY-IN FOR THE PORCELAIN VENEERS and zirconia crowns.
4. Tooth preparation and digital impressions taken using an intraoral scanner, fitting of temporary restorations.
5. Shade and shape try-in.
6. Final fit – measurements for a night guard.
7. Delivery of night guard.

The result: Ernesto was really pleased with the results, and we're even more so with the lovely smile he's got now after the treatment.
