Types of Implants

Our philosophy is based on offering the highest quality to our patients, which is why we use the most durable implant on the market—Straumann—currently the global leader. The integration period, which is the time between implant placement and taking measurements for the prosthetic teeth, is critical.

This period is necessary for the implant to “fuse” with the bone, a process known as osseointegration. The Straumann implant features an active surface that halves the integration period compared to other implants, allowing for the final prosthesis to be made in 3-4 weeks. This makes it the fastest integrating implant on the market.

Implants and Teeth in a Single Session (Immediate Load)

In some cases, fixed teeth are placed at the same time as the implants. This technique is ideal for patients who do not want to be without teeth during the implant integration phase. However, a detailed study of the bone, joint, and other oral factors is necessary in all these cases.

We have radiological equipment that allows us to evaluate the patient’s bone characteristics in both two and three dimensions, personalizing the surgery to the greatest extent possible.

Implant Techniques for Patients with Bone Loss in Certain Areas

In our clinic, even if bone loss is diagnosed, we offer solutions through various techniques such as bone grafting or the placement of angled implants.

All these techniques can be performed with conscious sedation by an anesthesiologist, making the procedure much more relaxed and allowing for a more comfortable postoperative experience due to the medications provided during sedation.

When the anatomy of the bone and gum allows, we can place implants without the need for incisions or sutures, which greatly improves the patient’s postoperative experience.
